FAQ'S

WHAT IS MLS?

The Multiple Listing Service, or MLS, is a local database containing all properties listed for sale with Realtors. Through the MLS, Realtors “share” listings with all other Realtors, and offer compensation or a “co-broke” commission to any Realtor who brings a buyer to their listing. It is by far the most important and effective place to list a property for sale. Properties listed for sale in the Northwest Arkansas MLS are viewed by the public on almost EVERY popular Real Estate Search service, including: Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and many other online services. Realtors in Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas place properties listed for sale in the local MLS. All homes listed for sale in Northwest Arkansas are found in the local MLS.

How is this program better?

Instead of charging a traditional 6% commission for MLS services, placing a FOR SALE sign in your yard and hoping someone finds your property listed among all the other shared listings, Flat Fee Realty offers the POWER of MLS - plus, an "à la carte" approach to a more "focused" marketing effort, including utilzing the power of the Internet, Direct-Mail, Text-Messaging and many more features that put the power and options of how to sell your property in your hands!
